This group practices twice a week for one hour. They spend most of their time in the Dryland Gym as all the fundamentals of diving must be built before they begin learning skills and dives in the water.
This group practices twice a week for one and a half hours. They spend a lot of their time in the dryland gym, working on motor skills and basic diving fundamentals. This group is of the upmost importance for the progress of young divers looking to move forward in the group
This group practices three times a week for two hours. This group spends most practices in the Dryland Gym focusing on fundamentals and conditioning while balancing the time spent training in the pool.

This group practices 3x per week for 2 hours a day. This group works on the basic fundamentals of going headfirst in the water with line-ups. They work on body control in the water by perfecting body positions on jumps and basic diving skills.
This group practices 4x per week for 3.5 hours a day. This group should have dives in every direction and will start to work on spinning in each direction. This group works a lot on twisting elements both in the dryland gym and water. Basic platform elements are learned in this group as well.
These groups are our national/international level groups. Athletes in these groups are competitive on the regional, zone, and national levels.
