Junior & Senior White
- Age: 12 & Up
- 4x/Week for 3 hours/day

- Things needed: Practice swimsuit, tennis shoes, water bottle, black competition swimsuit, team jacket
- This is a competitive group. The goal is to have a regional 1-meter list in the first year and a 3-meter regional list by the second or third year
- Divers must have 85% of attendance to practice. Divers will compete in all local (home) competitions and at least one travel competition
- Divers must compete in regionals and an AAU qualification meet in order to stay in this group
- This group will re-affirm and improve everything they have been learning in the previous group
- Divers should have jumps and lineups in all directions on all levels (1m, 3m, platform)
- Divers will work on all directional dives in all positions (A, B, C) on 1-meter and 3-meter
- Divers will work on all directions 1 and 1/2s (103CB, 203C, 303C, 403C)
- Divers will also work on forward and backward twisting and must compete a twist on 1m and 3m (5211A, 5122D, 5132D, 5221D, 5231D, 5223D)
