Senior Blue

  • Age: 13 & Up
  • 5x/week for 3 hours/day
  • Price: $384/month 
  • Things needed: Practice swimsuit, athletic wear over swimsuit, tennis shoes, water bottle, COM Competition suit, Team Jacket 
  • This is a competitive group 
  • Divers in this group must have 85% of attendance to practice, must attend all local (home) competitions, must compete in one away preparation competition, must compete at USA Diving Regionals and one AAU Qualification meet
  • Divers in this group will compete at USA Diving Nationals or AAU Nationals and try to qualify for international teams 
  • Divers in this group will work on twisting in all directions (forward, backward, reverse) 
  • Divers in this group will compete on all 3 events (1M, 3M, and platform) 
  • Divers in this group must show psychological characteristics such as: bravery, willingness to try, independence, discipline and character 
    • *If a diver doesn't show these characteristics over a period of time, the coach can decide to move the diver to a different group
